About Lalita
I am Lalita Sharma, a Government Certified Yoga & Meditation Coach and founder of Nirvaan Yoga. I have had the honor of learning directly from Padma Shri Bharat Bhushan ji, whose guidance deeply shaped my understanding of traditional yogic practices. My classes focus on holistic healing through breathwork (pranayama), movement (asanas), and stillness (meditation). I specialize in working with individuals of all ages to improve flexibility, manage stress, and restore emotional balance. Sessions are available online (and offline 1:1), personalized to each student’s needs. Looking forward!
