My Approach to Tutoring and Teaching! Teaching Techniques & Methodology: My teaching method is interactive and discussion-based, designed to engage students actively in the learning process. Each class builds on the previous one, using tasks assigned in earlier sessions as the foundation for deeper exploration and critical discussion. I incorporate a variety of activities during lessons to keep students engaged and to reinforce language skills such as reading, writing, speaking, and analysis. My approach encourages students to think independently, express themselves confidently, and apply what they’ve learned in meaningful ways. Typical Lesson Length: Each online lesson is 60 minutes long, offering a focused yet flexible structure to introduce or expand on concepts, practice skills, and review assignments or areas of difficulty. Qualifications & Experience: I hold an IB Diploma and achieved a Grade 7 in English Literature at Higher Level (HL). I have experience tutoring students across various levels in English, and I am familiar with major academic pathways including SPM, IGCSE, A Levels, and the IB curriculum. My lessons are tailored to each student’s needs and learning style, with a focus on continuous improvement and building confidence in language use. Who My Lessons Are For: I offer English lessons for students from primary to high school, including those preparing for important exams such as SPM, IGCSE, A Levels, and IB.
