About Maisam
Hi, I’m Maisam, a passionate Geography tutor specialising in GCSE and A Level. I have a strong understanding of both physical and human geography and use clear explanations to make challenging topics easier to grasp. My lessons are tailored to each student, focusing on building knowledge, exam technique, and confidence. With engaging examples and structured support, I aim to help every student achieve their best results.

Typical lessons are 1 hour long and consist of revision and active recall of topics, followed by application to exam-style questions. This involves exam-style answers being converted into bite-sized pieces of information which can be understood and then memorised. These lessons will always include a case study that can be used in exams and will be catered to apply to several exam questions. Homework includes practice of exam questions and practice of longer questions, which will be marked with feedback. - I got a 9 (A**) in Edexcel B Geography, but can also teach AQA GCSE Geography and other exam boards. - I am also predicted an A* at CIE A-level Geography. - I have also previously tutored several KS3 and GCSE students. I can teach Geography at 11+, 13+, KS2, KS3, and GCSE Levels
