Being taught by many teachers till my graduation, I've observed that many teachers were lacking of something and this is Adaptability.
My method is
- First, I evaluate the students knowledge and where they stand by giving them problems to solve.
- Next, I observe how and how much time they take to process the problems.
- Then I teach them how to solve and what is the best way possible.
I am a believer of practical approach.
