About Shahana
Hello! I’m Shahana, and I have a strong academic background in Mathematics. I have always enjoyed working with numbers, solving problems, and understanding how mathematical concepts work. My areas of strength include Mathematics, Algebra, Statistics, Probability, and problem-solving.
I want to teach because I know that Mathematics can sometimes feel difficult or confusing, especially when a concept is not explained in the right way. I want to make learning Mathematics simpler, more comfortable, and even enjoyable for my students.
As a tutor, I believe in being patient and understanding. I will first get to know your learning level and the areas where you need help, and then explain each topic step by step using simple examples. If one explanation doesn’t work for you, I will try a different approach until the concept becomes clear.
My goal is not just to help you get better marks. I want to help you understand Mathematics, build your confidence, and become comfortable solving problems on your own.
I look forward to learning together and helping you discover that Mathematics can be much easier than it first seems!

I am passionate about Mathematics and enjoy helping students understand concepts in a simple, clear, and practical way. I have a strong academic background in Mathematics, with a particular interest in Algebra, Statistics, Probability, Arithmetic, and problem-solving.
My approach to teaching is student-focused. I believe that every student learns differently, so I take time to understand their level, identify areas where they are struggling, and explain concepts step by step using simple examples and practical methods.
I am patient, approachable, and comfortable explaining the same concept in different ways until the student fully understands it. Rather than encouraging students to simply memorize formulas, I focus on helping them understand why and how a particular method works.
I can support students with:

* Mathematical reasoning
* Exam and assignment preparation
* Practice questions and concept revision
