About Felicitas
Creating the right classroom environment for students to feel confident to ask and answer questions. When students are not in the right headspace it physically limits the amount of learning they can do. My goal is to not only teach students but to build a student-teacher relationship and keep students safe at all times.

I have experience creating lesson plans and learning materials from scratch. I have a passion for one on one and small group learning. I believe teaching is only a fraction of the job. Developing a strong classroom environment where students are comfortable to express their findings and questions is a crucial part of being an educator. Creating individualized learning, checking for understanding, hands on labs, and student success plans are all within my capacity.
