About KT
I am a trained language correspondent in German, English and Spanish (Würzburger Dolmetscherschule,
Germany) and am doing my Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology at the moment.
I have work experience as a language secretary and a patent paralegal. In 2019 I moved to China for 3 years and volunteered for an organization teaching English at migrant schools. I enjoyed it so much that I wanted to continue in the field of teaching.
I live in the US now and offer German tutoring lessons to beginners and intermediate levels as well as conversation lessons to all levels. I enjoy this work and meeting people from different cultures and want to make people enjoy learning a language.
Having lived abroad has also helped me to understand the challenges of diving into new cultures and am happy to share relocation advice if needed.

My goal is to create an environment that makes you feel comfortable and at ease to build or expand your knowledge of the German language.
Having established your goals and needs, I will create an individualized lesson plan for you accordingly.
I was born and educated in Germany and have since lived in many different countries. Therefore, I know what it is like living abroad and learning new languages. I am fluent in German, English and speak basic Mandarin and Spanish.
Beginners and intermediate level for learning German grammar and writing are welcome and all levels of German conversation too.
