About Jimmy
Collectively, I have taught formally for 8 years. I first began teaching at the University after I graduated with a Master's degree. It was there that I taught college composition (beginning and intermediate levels) and some ESL courses. After a period of time, my interests moved to secondary education (middle and high school) where I reside today. This experience is valuable to the schools I work for. Schools want teachers who know the writing and English standards students must meet in order to do well in higher education. While my classroom sizes vary, it is required that I schedule personal tutoring sessions with my students. This is conducted so that individual learning needs might be met since many students learn better in these settings. I believe you are here because 'Superprof' offers exactly the approach you need. The purpose of communication is to share meaning. My method, then, incorporates your unique individuality into the text you are creating so that it can be as meaningful as possible. Be the assignment an essay, a research paper, a thesis, or perhaps a speech or general acquisition of the English language - I have the experience and expertise needed to chart a path for you to reach your goals. Since I have formal teaching experience (at universities and high schools), I can design our sessions to best suit your needs compared with other tutors; you can be confident that my lessons will help you meet required standards. In light of this, my lessons are best suited for the following:
