About Eric
I am a recent college graduate from Fordham University in New York City, where I majored in finance at the Gabelli School of Business. While studying at Fordham, I was also a member of their Division 1 Men's Track & Field Team, so I know all about how important time management is between school, extracurriculars, and social life. Prior to my time at university, I attended The Hill School, a private boarding school in Pottstown, Pennsylvania where I was engaged in clubs, volunteer work, and campus obligations such as being a tour guide. I chose to start tutoring because I have had so many impactful figures in my life who have mentored me and helped me grow into the person that I am today. Having people to help guide you in the right direction is incredibly beneficial to developing young adults and I aim to provide that same critical assistance that I received. We are all stronger when we work and learn together, and I hope to bring out the best in you!

The first and most important step for a tutor is to understand the person that they're teaching, including their level of knowledge, strengths and weaknesses, as well as their aspirations of where they want to get to. I am looking to engage with students in high school or above, who are looking to build upon their already existing economics knowledge or ones that are come into the field looking for an introduction.
Once we have an idea of where we are and where we want to be, we can construct a structured plan with checkpoints aimed to keep us on track towards our goal. Everyone is different and moves at their own pace so flexibility is key in order to give students the highest caliber of education for their own unique situation.
