About Candice
I am an experienced nutritionist health coach who has successfully helped people feel better with small changes. I studied Naturopathic Nutrition and Naturopathy in London and worked as a chef to support people to feel their best. I have since had a child and have a good understanding of babies and children's nutrition too. My own fertility journey helped me boost my chance of getting pregnant in my 40s with my diet and supplements when doctors were not helpful. I would love to share my knowledge with you and anyone who would like to boost their fertility naturally.

I am a chef and nutritionist. I understand the practical needs to stay healthy by getting you organized with real tips and easy dietary changes to keep you on course for weight management and less bloating and digestive health issues. I have taught health conscious cookery classes and can coach you in your own kitchen. Small changes make a big difference by understanding all the healthy foods and fresh produce and how to max their benefits.
