About Ava
My name is Ava and I’m a qualified personal trainer with years of experience helping clients achieve their fitness goals through evidence-based, practical training methods. My specialties include hypertrophy, strength, HIIT, functional training, and working with pre and post-natal clients. After seeing how life-changing the right coaching can be, I felt driven to teach and support the next generation of trainers. I know how overwhelming the study process can feel, and I want to make it easier, clearer, and more empowering. My goal is to help you build both your knowledge and your confidence so you can step into the industry feeling capable, prepared, and inspired. I have such a deep passion for health and fitness, and would love to help my students in every way possible.
