About Sara-Ruby
Hi There, My name is Ruby and I am a graduate of Psychology from Pace University in Manhatten where I was able to strengthen my skills in Psychology, Sociology, Writing, and Reading.
I have experience working in the mental health field as a recent graduate and have a vast knowledge of both psychology taught in school settings and out in the field through my work with my clients.
I would be happy to help you with any questions, assignments, studying, and resume help. Through my work in the field, I like to meet my students where they are and adjust my style to the way they best learn. My virtual classroom will always be a safe space to ask questions and inspire positive and creative learning.

Teaching Methods: guided discussion, quizzes, practice examples, PowerPoint, short videos and I am happy to try any preferred method that works for my student.
Lesson Plan: Beginning of the session we will highlight our goals for the session whether that be a specific assignment, a topic you want to further explore, or getting clarification on if it is part of a unit or an upcoming unit. I can also provide appropriate homework for in-between sessions if given the topic or skill the student wants to strengthen. At the end of the session, we will outline our goals for the upcoming session so that I can prepare materials to assist in your learning.
