About Jane
I have worked with groups, k-8 children in Portland and in Cleveland Ohio. I have worked with women and hold a space for a meetups group Higher Balance. I offer support one and one and have coaching in nutrition as well as a meditation. I am trained in meditation and nutrition and coaching and counseling. I offer guidance and support to thoses with ailments. I am certified Aroma-touch Practioner and work with meridians that help with flight or fight responses. Yoga is great for health and builds muscles and gives you flexibility as you age. It is important to understand your body and develop a practice so you can feel peace within and without. Our body needs to bend and move so it can continue to work for us. Without our health we cannot continue to grow and create financial resources. So we make sure health and proper nutrition and movement gives us resources as we respect it, honor it and empower us.
