About Esther·YFF

Tutoring experience and relevant teaching experience：
1.After the college entrance exam，i tutor the 30 students in general subjects and after-school homework in the summer vacation.
2.In the three years of college, I have also had four periods of experience in family education and institutional education.
3. From junior high school to senior high school, I have served as the representative of Chinese class in my class, often helping and urging the students in my class to learn Chinese. For the improvement of Chinese performance, I have some own feelings. For the study of liberal arts, focus on laying a good foundation and activating thinking. For partial science learning, it emphasizes the method of building a thinking framework on the basis, so as to improve students' performance.

[tutoring experience] each student's way of thinking is different, and the teaching process focuses on teaching students according to their aptitude. Moreover, students should always be treated with a high degree of seriousness, and each class should be as serious, meticulous and patient as the first class. In the process of counseling, teachers themselves will also play a key role in students. Teachers themselves should do their own work well; Teachers' own learning style greatly affects students' learning style, so they should teach by example and bring positive impact to students. This influence is not only in learning, but also in receiving people and materials.
