About Sydney
I am super passionate about writing whether creatively or academically. Two of my poems were published by a literary magazine in my Junior year of college. I also completed a 30 page poetry collection for my graduation assignment. I will be of great help with essay writing, creative writing (fiction or poetry), and any reading or literature assignments. I have tutored and worked with many students of all ages to help them improve their writing skills and coach them along the entire way! I have led creative writing workshops in the past, essay editing groups, and have been a teacher's assistant in three different schools. My favorite things outside of tutoring and teaching are cats, binge watching Law and Order episodes, and trying all different kinds of new coffees. I look so forward to working with you and help you with everything I can!

My lessons are for all ages. They will be specific to the age of the student and what they are learning. For example if the student is looking for essay editing I would first review all the parts of the essay in great detail. Then I would ask the student if they have questions about what I have presented them with. Next I would ask them to show me something of what I have taught them so I can make sure they understood what I have taught. What sets me apart from others is that I am extremely passionate about writing and I love what I have studied. Helping others love it as well and feel comfortable acing their assignments in reading and writing is exactly what I want to do!
