About Francisca
My name is Mrs Sampson and I am a professional English Language/Literature teacher with 9years experience.
I teach with passion because it is what I love doing. Once I find my students not able to understand a particular concept I am always ready to adapt new methods of teaching to explain to them.
I feel that as a teacher, I should act as a guide to allow my students to choose their methods of learning. I also share my experiences which give them vital life lessons.

The first thing I am after whenever I meet new students is finding out their needs in the subject. Then I use the results of their needs analyses to establish learning goals for the students. In general, every lesson should have a learning goal or two to guide instruction. I share these targets with my students before I begin to make each session more purposeful.
