About Ben
I have a passion for philosophy and politics, but beyond this I have vast experience teaching a range of skills from tennis and other sports, to academic teaching, self-help and self-therapy, and even to cooking! I have a desire to help people discover their potentials and to actualise them with good knowledge of skills and relevant techniques, simultaneously informing how they understand themselves and how they work best.
