About Tamara
My time at the University of Kansas has given me the fundamentals to develop my own writing. As a teacher, I can hope to pass down these skills to adults who may not have access to it.
My love for English began as a child. In today’s technological age, we are seeing fewer and fewer children excited to read. With challenging coursework, I hope to spark a fire of interest about English.

Creative writing and English can open doors for all students. My methods can be altered for all ages of learning. With me, students can learn using traditional methods (spelling exercises, story development, and free writes) as well as tying in modern literature and pop culture to make English fun!
Note: I am especially experienced with helping ESL students!
