As a tutor, I inspire and encourage students to care about and take control over their education. I do not believe in negative self talk or non-constructive criticism and teaching. I strive to make students feel comfortable enough to make mistakes, because I believe that the best way to learn is by making mistakes.

My excitement for books and writing is contagious, and I encourage students to push themselves and strive to accomplish more than they think they can.
