About Jerlyn
I taught English in the Philippines for 13 years. In my previous role at the University of Mindanao, Philippines, I successfully taught English to students in College. My responsibilities included designing and implementing comprehensive lesson plans, developing engaging classroom activities, and evaluating student progress. Through the use of innovative teaching methods and technology, such as interactive whiteboards and educational apps, I was able to enhance students’ reading comprehension and writing skills.

I finished a Bachelor degree in English and holds a degree in Master in English in Applied Linguistics. Further, I also have a TESOL certification. My educational background, combined with my experience in creating dynamic and inclusive learning environments, has prepared me to effectively address the diverse needs of your students. I am particularly drawn to teach Communication English programs because of my commitment to promoting a student-centered learning environment or encouraging creative expression through language.
