As a teacher, I strive to inspire confidence in all students, pushing them to be the best versions of themselves. But also giving them permission to fail. Students find their own way by making mistakes and learning from them. I stress the importance of thinking outside the box and open the door to their responses.

Lessons are short and engaging using hands on learning and guided activities to enhance learning. Lessons use scaffolding techniques to build off of each other to progress to harder subject matter. Lessons combine film and digital photography techniques so students can’t learn the same skills digitally and analog.
