About Bhumika
I am a graduate from UNSW. I’m 24 years old. I tutor a group of friends in my apartment. We spend time diving deeper into theories and how to apply them. We work together to improve our pain points, incorporate and reassess our strengths. I helped students in year 6 win at debate competitions held at their schools. English is a form of freedom for me, as it helps me simplify complex concepts. This ability allows me to help others learn faster and in a more simpler way. I do this to help others feel confident in their abilities and find unique perspectives to something I’ve done for a long time.

Learning something prescribed can sometimes be mind-numbing but I intend to make learning as simple and fun as possible. I will plan ahead to make it less time consuming and take in regular feedback. Each person/ child learns differently and I intend to understand my student, what motivates them, pay attention to what ignites curiosity in them while build a safe and non-judgmental space for learning.
