About Millie
I would like to teach because when I was a student I would have loved to have been able to have an art tutor myself. Someone who I can rely on to give me honest advice and information about my future in the industry. Someone that will be honest with me and help me work with my strengths and understand what I could go into in the future.
I feel that when I was younger I didn't believe that being in the arts sector could get my a 'career'. I would like to educate future artists on the facts of this matter and encourage their involvement in this sector (there are so many creative jobs available, and there numbers are increasing!).

My lessons are specifically catered to each student, helping them with current GCSE or college projects, future exam preparation or reviewing work and compiling art portfolios and written work for university or college applications. The typical length of a lesson will be around an hour (options for longer or shorter lessons can definitely be discussed).
I am a recent graduate of illustration from Norwich University of the Arts (awarded Arts University of the Year by Daily Mail University Guide) in the subject of illustration where I was awarded a first. As well as this I Completed a level 3 BTEC in Art and Design from Sunderland College, being awarded a Distinction* (the highest level that can be awarded). Therefore Iam proficient in a wide range of design based work.
