About Jakob
Growing up I have always been involved in multiple sports and have had a love for exercise. In my teenage years, I discovered my dad's old gym set in the garage and I haven’t looked back since. Since earning my degree in sport and exercise I have spent my time coaching rugby and touch rugby teams. I took on specific clients to help them along their fitness journey. I am now ready to open up my services to a wider number of people in order to help them whether it be sporting or health-related. I look forward to getting to know you and finding your ideal exercise program.

My approach is science-based, keeping abreast with the latest sporting literature to help you achieve your goals. These lessons will be individually tailored to your needs, wants, and enjoyment.
