About Dienel

I bring both academic expertise and real classroom experience to every tutoring session. I hold a Master of Arts in Education (MAEd), major in Science and Technology, and I am a public school teacher with nearly four years of experience. Since 2013, I have spent more than a decade teaching and working with learners with different abilities, backgrounds, and learning needs.

What sets my tutoring apart is that I do not use a one-size-fits-all approach. I adapt the lesson to the student—not the student to the lesson. I take time to understand where you are, identify what is holding you back, and build each session around your specific goals.

You can expect a tutor who is prepared, patient, professional, approachable, and genuinely invested in your progress. More importantly, I want you to leave each session understanding something you previously found difficult—and feeling more capable of tackling the next challenge on your own.

My goal is bigger than getting the right answer. I want to help you become the kind of learner who knows how to find the answer.

About the lesson

Science tutoring should not be about memorizing formulas or copying solutions. My approach is Socratic, hands-on, and personalized—I guide you to discover how and why concepts work, so you can solve problems with confidence even without a tutor beside you.

Every session starts by identifying your specific learning gaps and goals. We then build understanding through targeted questions, clear explanations, real-world examples, visuals, and guided practice before you tackle problems independently.

You will learn to reason through unfamiliar questions, recognize which concepts apply, explain your thinking, and correct mistakes constructively. Whether you're rebuilding the basics, mastering difficult topics, or preparing for an exam, each lesson is designed around what you need to improve.

My goal is simple: not to make you dependent on tutoring, but to make you capable without it.

If you've ever thought, “I'm just not good at science,” let's work toward the moment you can say, “I understand it—and I know how to figure it out.”
