I graduated from Kocaeli University Physical Education. I have worked as a personal trainer for 3 years in similar positions in different halls. I have experience in VIP and group lessons. I have a moderate level of English. I have knowledge about the human body, its structure, functions and psychology. My course times are min.40 max 60 minutes. First of all, we start with the warm-up exercises by doing stretching exercises, then we continue with the necessary movements. First of all, we decide what you need, whether it is zumba or cardio, weight or press, and we create a training program. We continue as planned with the movements required by this program.
