About Shyla
I graduated with a B.S. degree in Rehabilitation and Human Services & a certificate in Chemical dependency & Counseling at Penn State University. I am now an upcoming Master's student of Occupational Therapy at the University of Washington.
During my undergraduate years in Pennsylvania, I helped students as a Peer Career Advisor and Writing Consultant. As a Peer Career Advisor, I helped students revise and create effective resumes within 30 minutes. As a writing consultant, I provided one-on-one hour-long consultations to help students in their writing process. This included research, brainstorming, proofreading, and revision. In addition to my roles on campus, I have much experience of simply being a college student. I hope to connect with you!
