About Bhavana
I am a PhD student in Chemistry. I have a BA in Professional Writing and Communication, and a B.Sc as well as an M.Sc in Chemistry. I am professionally trained in practicing editing, proofreading, and creative writing, and have self-published my very own debut poetry and prose book. I have experience as a teaching assistant throughout the 2 years I spent in graduate school.

I approach teaching by establishing a comfort between the tutor-student. Initial lessons include classes about the subject, whereas later ones include review as well as on-the-spot questions to the student. It is important that the student understands the material instead of memorizing it.
