About Elena
I have always had a strong passion for learning and reading, often reading around 50 books a year. Coming from an upbringing in international schools and a multilingual family, with French and German parents, while growing up in London, I have developed a deep interest and appreciation for languages and the history of different countries. I enjoy teaching because I love helping others build confidence, curiosity and a genuine understanding of their subjects in a supportive and professional environment.

My lessons are fully tailored to each student’s needs and goals. I adapt my teaching methods using past papers, exemplar questions, videos, and structured practice, depending on what works best for the student. Lessons are flexible in length, usually 1–2 hours, depending on the student's needs.
Having obtained a 40 in the International Baccalaureate, with 7's in History, French, English and Spanish, I feel qualified to help others in such subjects. Additionally, I have previous experience volunteering at schools in Kent, including Knole Academy, Dunton Green Primary School, and Amherst School, teaching French, English, Spanish ab initio, and History. I welcome students of all ages and levels, including 11+, GCSE, MYP, and IB, and offer online lessons.
