About Giusy
I am a kinesiologist and dance teacher (classical, modern-contemporary), movement and a healthy lifestyle have always been part of my life. In addition to a degree in sports science and a diploma in dance, I have the certification of musical fitness instructor. In the last six years I have also gained experience in recreational motor activity for children, thanks to the CONI "Class sport" project. I offer personalized programs to achieve targeted goals for psychophysical well-being. - Possibility of group training (max 4). - Online training - Training in contact with nature (Capodimonte wood, municipal villas). - Home workouts.
