About Rosey
I am a substitute teacher and a childcare worker I am also a former graduate from Ivy Tech and Indiana University Indianapolis, I have posses two degrees. In my free time I make songs, and poems and I produce music.

I take the time to one on one go over preparations and planing then I do one one practice and researching then I go over methods to solve the problem. I do Teacher-Centered Instruction which highlights the importance of the teacher’s role as facilitator I build on behavioral theory, using this teaching method which facilitates control over changes in student behavior through direct instruction. It might be helpful to use the core of this approach and modify it depending on the teacher’s and students’ needs, gradually shifting the focus from the former to the latter.
