About Ruby
I’m a Liberal Arts graduate majoring in English from King’s College London, where I achieved a 2:1 degree. My course allowed me to study a wide range of arts and humanities subjects, with English as my main focus. This background has made me adaptable and comfortable working with different learning styles, and I always tailor my lessons to suit each student's learning style.
I want to teach because when I was younger, I struggled to understand information and really benefited from friendly, supportive teachers. Their patience and encouragement made a lasting difference, and I aim to bring that same understanding and reassurance into my own teaching.

I believe learning works best when it feels relaxed and engaging. In my lessons, I focus on making topics clear and enjoyable by talking through the content together and putting it into context. I use simple techniques, such as acronyms and creative activities, to help students remember key information, and I always break things down into easy, manageable ideas so nothing feels overwhelming.
