About Sehar
Iam a physiotherapist and have been serving as from the last 4 years. Currently enrolled in masters of public health. I have been working in a fast paced environment but with the current outbreak all the scenarios have been changed. We need to focus more on education, fitness wellbeing and prevention. Time to get faster in all while being safe.

Getting attached to physiotherapy is need of hour, as COVID 19 has been a game changer for world. It has taught us how much fitness of lungs and body is really needed. To be ready for future unexpected events and outbreaks, its time to start a fitness programs and enhance our immunity. All of this could be possible with more and more physiotherapists who will cover all the possible ranges to train and protect people. I am also now enrolled in masters of public health. It will help future preventions and health promotions.
