My name is Ella! I want to teach because I want students to feel like their efforts are being seen, and that they can achieve their goals with a personalized learning approach! Every student deserves the chance to learn their own way, whilst also being prepared for exam conditions, essays and tests.

My personal approach to tutoring is to find ways to help students who are struggling in the classroom as the curriculum does not allow for students who learn in different ways! - metacognitive approach - differentiated teaching - multisensory instruction - teaching to generalization I understand that just because a student struggles in the classroom, it does not mean that they are incapable of learning. I myself have ADHD and autism so carry that understanding from personal experience and through my own journey teaching myself how to learn in an environment catered to neurotypical students.
