About Kelly
I have been a keen practitioner of yoga for many years having spent much time through out my younger years travelling Asia and found a deep connection to India during this time.
Now a mother of 3 I have had my challenges with this transition of life and the one thing that has always been my constant is my own inner travels helped and aided by the devotional practices of chanting mantras hatha yoga restorative yoga and laughter yoga I now just wish to pass on my passion and love for all things yoga that I know to all that wish to join me.

Breath based Hatha yoga Using the breath to guide your practice and assist your own journey into life.
You will be encouraged to use pillows and prop’s for support when practicing Ananda restorative yoga to optimise your relaxation and deepening your connection to the universal energy that permeates all living things.
