About Noe
I am a teacher of Ayurvedic Yoga therapy and Vinyasa Yoga Ayurveda at the Humanist School of Purna Yoga and Neo Ayurveda of Jermaine Isaac, with international certification endorsed by the South American Federation of Yoga, the Argentine Association of Yoga Teachers, the World Yoga Federation, the Embassy of India, and the World Yoga Alliance, among others. I have more than 400 hours of training and I continue to train in Purna Yoga and Yoga for Children today. I have also been a POP Pilates instructor since 2018. I am the only internationally certified teacher who offers these classes in Spanish from Argentina, since the original format comes from the USA. I am a Pilates Mat and Stretching instructor received from Espacio Azul school since 2020.

My classes seek to make you feel happy and relaxed. They are suitable for anyone of any age. It is never too late to start moving and feeling full! I always do my best to create an environment that invites peace and serenity, even from a distance. In my classes you will enjoy learning and chanting mantras, we will perform different pranayamas to mobilize the vital energy that inhabits you (prana). The asanas (movements) will always be according to your availability, seeking to strengthen and also relax your body in a pleasant and very careful way, to end with a relaxation so that your body assimilates everything done in the class. Each class lasts approximately 50 minutes.
