I take an engaging games-based approach to learning to support students in their motivation to learn. When learning is enjoyable and engaging, children learn at a fast rate allowing for progress faster. I would ensure that lessons are in line with the curriculum whilst also supporting the learners' personal interest to further support memorisation.
