About Gurmakh
I am currently a music teacher. I teach approximately 16 classes from 11-16. I love my job, but I've have always enjoyed the thought of teaching some 1-1 or even group guitar lessons. It is very different teaching whole class lessons and a single person lessons and this is somethingi would like to explore. I live in Manchester and have transport.

My name is Gurmakh Singh and I am an experienced secondary music teacher (29). I have lots of experience working with a wide variety of young people.
I typically teach short and flexible lessons around your timetable. Happy to teach in-person or remotely. Also happy to teach longer lessons.
I personally have always enjoyed playing Indie/ Rock songs. I very much like to play a variety of other styles as well, such as fingerstyle, songwriter, blues, disco, funk, reggae etc.
I would structure my lesson by giving you some new information, showing you how this can be used in an effective way, then, letting you put this into practice. However, everyone if different, and I am used to planning inclusive and differentiated lessons.
