About Florian
My Name is Florian and I am 22 Years old, I love to help people get in shape and hold it every day also in the holidays over christmas when you have some cookies to eat :)
I am a personal Trainer for 2 Years because i love what i do in my free time (Bodyweight, Calisthenics) and i want to help people to become the best version of them self without access to the gym.
I am now for 14 months vegan and want to help people to become vegan aswell.
