About Abrie

My name is Abrie, I'm a gymnast.

I've been training for over 8 years now and my greatest achievement was to compete for South Africa in Zone 5. I have some experience in coaching and also a GL course (Level 1-3) behind my name.

I enjoy building strength and I've learned much over the years.

About the lesson

I teach exercises and routines that match your skill level and goals. My lessons range from preparing your body for difficult calisthenics skills, to executing and perfecting.
