About John
Iam a rising Harvard sophomore pursuing Computer Science and Government. I worked very hard in high school, graduating at the top of my class of 127. I have taken and received 5s on the AP US History, AP European History, and AP Comparative Government among other APS. I have tutoring experience, having tutored extensively in high school. My favorite part of teaching/ tutoring is the satisfaction derived from seeing one of your students succeed. Outside of the classroom, one of my favorite hobbies is playing chess and keeping up with all the famous chess players around the world.

As a Harvard student, I have learned the value of good academic and analytical writing. In addition to teaching critical historical concepts and time periods, I can help transform students into much more confident writers. This writing will help them not only to ace their DBQs, but also to excel in college and beyond. I am extremely well-versed in history, especially at the high school level. I have received 5s on the APUSH, APEURO, and APCOGO among many others. I believe I can help other students to learn the intricacies of history and ace any test that comes their way.
