About Romina
Since I was a child I was always attracted to physical exercise and sport. After my child was born, I felt disconnected, there was no more balance between body mind and soul and I went through a weight loss journey. Yoga allowed me to reconnect and helps me everyday finding my inner balance.
As a qualified Personal Trainer, Yoga teacher and Muay Thai instructor my aim is to support people through their journey and achieve their goals. I love being there for people, encourage them and let them know that they are not alone in this journey!

Hello!
I am Romina, qualified Hatha Raja Vinyasa Yoga teacher, completed my training with Ambra Vallo at Indaba, London.
My classes are spirited and spontaneous, I am passionate about anatomy and what is happening within the body during Asana practice. I currently teach in a Martial Arts gym,where students can enjoy the benefits of Asana practice and improve their sport performance!
Classes can be 30 min for those with limited time, I would still recommend 45-60 min class to have access to all the benefits. Everyone is gifted with a unique body, and poses can be adapted to everyone making Yoga accessible to everybody!

Romina is a an amazing Yoga teacher. I know her through the gym, her classes been so fun and strong.
