About Linda
I have been practicing yoga for more than 10 years, and I have been teaching for 8. The practice of yoga helped me to face difficulties in my personal life and that is why I would like to share with other people so that they can find their way themselves.
Certified by the International Yoga Alliance with more than 500 hours of practice and registered with the ROPEC.
I continue training, thanks to my students who teach me something new every day and I am very grateful for it.

Hatha yoga works the body alignments, we do a lot of mental cleaning, we learn to control our breathing with each asana and each mantra. And thus little by little we achieve the connection with the body, the mind and the soul.
In therapeutic yoga the session is designed for you, adapting each asana to your needs.
With inclusive yoga and yoga for children and adolescents is one more form of therapeutic yoga that brings yoga to all ages.
