About Jess

I have been working with young children for 10 years i am passionate about exercise in children especially fine motor and gross motor skills. I believe all parents should be aware of the benefits of exercise from a young age. Children spend too much time sitting down on games and not enough time moving.

I also love teaching Gymnastics and always want to help improve individuals.

Phonics and comprehension are vital skills for all children in primary school to help with overall development.

About the lesson

I teach parents the benefits of Gross motor and Fine motor and include ideas of different exercises for children struggling with mobility or behind on their movement

I also tutor children of all ages with a 30 minute session providing them with exercises to benefit their needs

I also provide children with a 30 minute conditioning session to gain strength for Gymnastics.

I also provide tutoring to children who are struggling with a specific move in Gymnastics

I also tutor Comprehension and phonics in primary school and can offer this as private tutoring
