About Lishin
I have been practicing yoga for five years. And after about 3 years I decided to get a certification. Initially I’d like to know more about yoga and after that I think sharing this knowledge and experience with others who are also interested in yoga is very valuable. I have not only RYS 200 hrs certification but also aerial yoga instructor certification. I have been teaching aerial yoga back in Taiwan for over one year. I am capable of noticing what posture is right for students and value that a lot. I can create a calm class during yoga teaching and a fun environment during aerial yoga.
