About Aishwarya
Currently, I am a Customer Service Associate and front End Cashier at The Home Depot Canada, Got graduated from Human Resources Management, and will be pursuing Supply Chain Management in Fall intake. I have 2 years' experience of tutoring for primary and high school and now I am excited to teach Subjects for human resources like recruitment and selection, advanced employment law, business management, etc.

My teaching methodology is based on live examples which make the students understand and grasp in a better way. My lesson structure starts with the basics fundamentals of the concept and then hitting the deep core of it.
I always listen first and welcome the ideas of the students as every student has a different learning pattern, therefore, I like to conduct weekly assessments of the concepts and the areas where they need improvement.
