About Lucy
I am a woman in her early 30s with plenty of tutoring experience. I work four days a week for an international NGO called Global Witness and we focus on tackling the climate crisis. As well as tutoring, I have worked in various secondary schools as a TA, so I'm well versed in the world of young people and learning.

I take an approach that centers the student's specific learning style - everyone's different! I also try to get to know the student as a person so that I can build a relationship of safety and trust and optimise the learning potential of the student.
As personable and approachable as I am, I am not afraid to be tough, and I will challenge the student to show me the best of their abilities. I think most people are capable of more than they think they are
