About Mary
I’ve been dancing for a total of almost 11 years. I competed with my high school team in Florida (New Smyrna Beach Showdolls), competing in high kick, Pom, and jazz, and leading as captain 2 out of 4 years. After high school - I attended classes throughout the Midwest - learning and training from professionals in the field who have worked with many well-known artists/dancers. I first began teaching at the age of 18 when I moved from Florida. I taught ages 2-18 in ballet, jazz, contemporary, modern, and hip hop.

In the dance community, there can be a lot of pressure- my goal is to ease that pressure. I give my students consistent steps and skills to practice- after we go through the steps. With that also comes musicality- learning the counts and beats to the music and how to connect your body with it. This is to bring out your love and passion for dance with confidence. Because that what dancing is all about- Building confidence! Whether you’re looking for basic technique, learning routines, learning tricks, new moves, musicality, or just perfecting some skills- I’m here to help you attain your dreams and goals in the world of dance!
