I am a Physics graduate and I have post graduate diploma in Yoga science and human consciousness from Dev Sanskriti vishwavidyalay Haridwar. One might think how could someone have a interste in two totally opposite subjects. Well they are not opposite at all, physics talks about discovering the laws of universe while yoga talks about discovering the ways to maintain the inner peace and harmony of human mind and body.

Our one on one classes will be highly well researched and designed according to the needs of the students. I will teach yoga in scientific way without loosing spiritual essance of the yoga. I will also focus on meditation practises and yoga nidra in our class as yoga is not just limited to physical exercise and it has way more to offer to humanity.
