About Alyssa
Do you struggle to maintain focus while refining your posture and hold? My background as an MMus holder from Trinity Laban Conservatoire informs my direct, no-nonsense teaching style.
I address vibrato, tone production, and sight reading with high expectations for your left hand agility. Scales and arpeggios serve as the foundation for your spiccato and staccato bowing improvement. My journey began in childhood and continues through 13 years of teaching experience. I aim to guide you toward a logical, efficient way of playing.

Many players find that poor alignment prevents them from executing complex spiccato and staccato bowing passages correctly. You must recognize that posture and hold are the starting point for every movement. Diagnostic assessment before setting the practice plan allows me to see your specific needs immediately. We examine tone production and left hand agility within our 13 years of professional context.
My structured approach addresses scales and arpeggios to ensure you progress through each grade level reliably. You will find that these rigorous methods yield the most consistent results over time. I look forward to working with you to sharpen your technique.
